Putting Out of Operation

(1) Short-term Interruptions/Stops
1. Turn the control valve (5/2) in clockwise direction to the end stop. The flame goes out
after a short period.
(2) Shutting Off After Cooking
1. Shut the hand wheel on the gas bottle valve (3/3).
2. When the flame has gone out, turn the control valve (5/2) in clockwise direction to the
end stop.
3. Disconnect the high-pressure hose from the safety quick-connector on the gas burner.
For this, lightly pull back the coupling safety ring and pull off the coupling.
4. Shut the safety quick-connector on the gas burner with the red protection cap.
5. Unscrew the union nut on the gas bottle valve and remove the pressure regulator with
the high-pressure hose from the gas bottle.
6. Shut the gas bottle valve with the protective cap.
DANGER When cleaning, it is imperative to observe the instructions for usage and
safety of the cleaning agents being used. Do not clean the gas burner until
after cooling down.

7. Clean the gas burner according to Section 2.3.

Cleaning

DANGER • When cleaning, it is imperative to observe the instructions for usage and safety of
the cleaning agents being used.
• Do not clean the gas burner until after cooling down.
Danger of burning!
• Clean the gas burner with hot water, a grease dissolving cleaning agent and a brush.
NOTE After a certain period of usage, an oxide film (rust-like) develops on the burner
head. Do not remove.
• After cleaning, pre-dry the gas burner with a clean one-way towel, then allow sufficient
time to air-dry.
