Intensity calibration

1. Position the beam setter in front of the headlamp
calibration device. The distance should be 0.5 m.
2. Check the position of the spirit level in the light box.
In the event of centre position deviation, perform
any necessary adjustment with the screws on the
trolley.
3. Check the position of the spirit level in the headlamp
calibration device In the event of centre position

the three height adjustable feet on the underside of
the device.

4. Switch on the laser at the calibration device and
align the centre of the lens and the centre (hole) of
the test screen with the laser cross.
5. Switch on the beam setter and click onto
"APPLICATIONS".
6. Click onto INDIVIDUAL TESTING in the
APPLICATIONS mask.
7. Switch on the headlamp calibration device, set the
control to "0" and select dipped beam.
