Intended Use


The compressed air sander with an appropriate tool can be used for dry
grinding applications. The device is suitable for processing wood,
metal, plaster, plastic and filler surfaces. The device may also be used
to remove rust and old coatings and for intermediate grinding. The
compressed air sander also may be used for drilling when the
appropriate drill bit is inserted in the 10 mm drill chuck.

The intended use also includes an operation following the operating
instructions.

Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying force) or
any changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to serious
risks and is regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose.

Before first Use

Unpack the compressed air sander and check all parts for any damage in
transit. Dispose of packaging materials or store them out of reach of
children. Plastic bags etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
Installing/Exchanging Sanding Discs
Please note! Before installing or exchanging

the sanding disc, unplug the compressed air
sander from the compressed air supply to
avoid unintentional start-up.
Remove the drill chuck (15) from the drive

shaft, if it is still mounted. First remove the
securing screw from the inside of the drill
chuck. Then insert and hold the locking bolt
(13) in the corresponding recess (5) of the tool
holder and turn the drill chuck counter
clockwise to remove it.
Put a backing pad (10) on the tool holder of

graining facing up on the backing pad.
Use the open-end spanner (12) to securely
