Please note the following safety notes to avoid
malfunctions, damages or physical injuries:
 Make sure, that the nominal voltage on the rated label
corresponds to the mains voltage of your domestic electrical
installation. Please contact your power supply company or
your service centre, if there are any discrepancies.
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are
not allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised for their
safety by a qualified person or are briefed by the responsible
person how to use the unit.
 Keep children away while the unit is in operation.
 The unit is not intended for continuous professional operation.
The unit is intended to be used in closed rooms only and in
similar applications such as: staff kitchen areas in shops,
offices and other working environments; farm houses; by
clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environ-
ments; bed and breakfast type environments. Do not misuse
the unit. The use in any other way is not considered as intend-
ed use.
 Take care that the deep fat fryer is connected to a separate
circuit, without consumption of other powerful energy consum-
ers such as electric water kettles and the like, because of its
high performance.
 Do not use an extension cord for operating the deep fryer to
avoid tripping hazards.
 Do not connect the deep fryer with a timer switch and do not
operate the unit using a radio controlled system.
 Only use oils and fats which are suitable for deep-frying due to
their quality and their temperature resistance.
 Do not use the deep fryer for boiling water or heating up food.
 Let the fryer oil cool down before disposal. Do not dispose of
used oil in the sewerage system.
 Do not lead the power cord over sharp edges and corners or
hot surfaces.
