Assembling
Assemble the electric mincer as pictured in the drawings 1 – 7. Place the
cutter housing (14) lightly angled to the right (approx. 45°) into the motor unit.
Press the cutter housing inwards and turn it counter clockwise until the cutter
housing engages in the motor unit. To release and remove the cutter housing,
press the releasing button (22) first and turn the cutter housing clockwise by
approx. 45°.
Take out the desired accessory from the

accessory compartment. To open the accessory
cover (1) hold the housing with one hand and

pull out the transparent cover straight from the
motor housing. First insert the bottom part into
the motor housing (step A) and press the cover
against the motor housing (step B) to reinsert
the transparent housing.

Insert the worm shaft (15) into the cutter
housing. Insert the blade (16) on the tip of the worm shaft.
All grinding discs are lightly oiled in order to protect them from corrosion.
Clean the grinding discs before use. Now insert the desired grinding disc (7),
(8) or (17), according to the desired grinding result, on the collet of the worm
shaft and tighten the lock ring (18) on the cutter housing (14). Make sure not to
overtighten the lock ring!
Insert the tray (12) into the filling tube (13) of the cutter housing and place a
bowl under the cutter housing to collect the minced meat. Cut the meat into
small pieces, so the meat easily fits into the
filling tube.
Remove bones, gristles, rind or sinews as
much as possible. Never use frozen meat!
