Setting the Milling Depth with Revolver Depth Stop

With the revolver depth stop you can
set 3 different milling depths. This
depends on the scale cutting depth
(11).
1. Set the router onto the work
piece.
2. Set the desired milling depth with
the three screws on the revolver
depth stop (10).

Milling

Set the speed control wheel (13) to the lowest speed while milling plastics.
1. Place the machine on work-piece. Press the ON/OFF switch (1) down.
Press the switch through its resistance in order to lock the switch in the
position ON.
2. Mill out the groove with continuous even feed.
3. Control the desired milling speed with the speed control wheel (13).
4. Release the ON/OFF switch and press the switch, if it is fixed, once more
to switch off the router.
5. After the work is done, raise the router upwards. Wait a few minutes until
the motor has come to standstill before placing down the machine.
Milling must always be carried out against the direction of rotation of the milling
cutter. Milling in the direction of rotation can cause the routing cutter to be
wrenched from the operator's hand.
Only use the included attachment:
1 parallel guide, 1 template guide, 2 screws, 1 dust extraction, one collet nut in
6 mm and one in 8 mm and a spanner.
