TROUBLESHOOTING
Common Malfunction
Very little or no
water flow.
Machine does not work.
Water taste is abnormal.
Noises during ma-
chine operation
Possible Reason
PE pipe is bent.
Inlet water T valve is
shut down.
Source water is shut
down.
PP+C cartridge is
blocked.
Water pressure is low.
Feed water tempera-
ture is lower than
required.

Machine short of water.
Not using for a long

placed for a long time.
Power and voltage

Solutions
Straighten pipe.
Wait for the water
source supply.

Replace the cartridge.
Add pressure boost
treatment.
Increase feed water
temperature.
Check power supply.
Replace the adaptor.
Check feed water.
If feed water is OK,
reconnect power supply.
Flush the cartridge
for 5 minutes. If this
does not solve the
problem, replace the
cartridges.
Check feed water quality.
