8.2 Commissioning

i Before commissioning, a single safety inspection must
be done (use the "single safety inspection" form)
If the lift set up is done by a specialist (factory trained as-
sembler) then he can also do the safety inspection. If the
set up is done by the operating company then a specialist
must be tasked with the safety inspection. The specialist
confirms seamless operation of the lift on the set up proto-
col for single safety inspection and releases the lift for use.
After commissioning, the set up protocol must be com-

pleted and sent to the manufacturer.

8.3 Changing the assembly location

To change the assembly location the pre-conditions must
be met according to the assembly guidelines. The loca-
tion change is to be done according to the following se-
quence.
• Move the lifting stage upwards to approx. 1,000 mm.
• Remove the tank covers
• Remove the lifting arm.
• Lower the lift to the lowest position.
• Disconnect power.
• Loosen base plate anchors.
• Transport the lift to the new assembly location.
• Assemble the lift according to the procedure during as-
sembly and anchoring before first commissioning.
Use new anchors. The old anchors are no lon-

ger fit for purpose!
