Driving functions
Your dealer can adjust the values for speed, acceleration and decelera-
tion individually to your requirements, taking the legal requirements
into account.
At the start, choose a lower speed level and increase it
during the journey as required.
You can start driving using the joystick. The joystick is used both for
increasing the speed and changing the direction of travel. When the
joystick is in the central position, the wheelchair is braked mechanically
and secured against rolling away.
Driving in a straight line: To drive in a straight line, push the joystick
forwards carefully. The further you push the joystick forwards, the faster
your wheelchair will go. When you let go of the joystick, the drive will
be braked automatically.

Driving backwards: To drive backwards, push the joystick backwards
carefully. The further you push the joystick backwards, the faster your
wheelchair will go. When you let go of the joystick, the drive will be
braked automatically.
Cornering: To change the direction of travel, tilt the joystick to the left
or right. This is also possible with the joystick deflected forwards or
backwards, i.e. when driving forwards and backwards.
Warning! Use on slopes is only permitted when the
seat and backrest are in an upright position.
Attention: risk of falling! Always drive up to the
kerb head on. Driving up at an angle can lead to
accidents.
Warning! Always put the seat and backrest into an
upright position when you are driving the wheelchair.
