12.2 Actuating the valve mechanically

If the supply voltage is not applied, e.g. during installation or in the
event of a power failure, the valve position can be changed using the
mechanical manual override.
WARNING!
The mechanical manual override may be used only when it is de-
energised, otherwise the device may be damaged.
12.2.1 Required work steps
1. S witch off the supply voltage. Wait until LED illuminated ring goes
out.
2. A G2: Remove blind cover or display module.
AG3: Unscrew the pressure compensation element (SW17).
2a. Only with devices with fieldbus gateway: Remove fieldbus
gateway from actuator (refer to operating instructions for
description).
3. A ctuate valve mechanically.
4. A G2: Close the blind cover or display module.
AG3: Screw on the pressure compensation element (SW17) with
1.25 Nm.
4a. Only with devices with fieldbus gateway: First fit fieldbus
gateway on actuator (refer to operating instructions for
description), then close the blind cover or display module.
5. C onnect supply voltage.
