4.3 MAXIMUM QUANTITY OF PRODUCT DISTRIBUTED
The maximum distributable quantity of product depends on the
width and the working speed. By using the diagram in figure 45 it
is possible to determine the maximum distributable quantities.
1) Find the curve that corresponds to the width of the machine.
2) Select the quantity of product to be distributed.
3) Select the working speed.
4) If the intersection point is below the curve, the quantity is
attainable; if it is not, the working speed must be reduced.
Quantities of product that exceed the diagram reading might
not be transported by the blower and so could cause blockage
of the tubes.
