OPERATION

Turning the device on
1. Press the control dial and turn it clockwise to the OFF position.
2. Open the gas valve fully.
3. Press the control dial and turn it anti-clockwise to the IGNITE position.
Then turn the knob to the PILOT (pilot flame) position. You will hear two
clicks
4. With the pilot lit, hold the control dial in for about 30 seconds.
Note: If the pilot light has not ignited, turn the control dial to the OFF
position, close the gas valve fully and repeat steps 2-4. If the pilot light
has lit but does not stay on, turn the control dial to the OFF position, close
the gas valve fully, wait 5 minutes and repeat steps 2-3. Now use a lighter.
Ignite the pilot flame through the pilot hole on the mesh screen. When the
pilot flame is lit, press the control dial for 30 seconds.
5. Now turn the dial to the LOW position. To increase the temperature, turn
the knob to HIGH.
Turning the device off
1. Close the gas valve completely.
2. Turn the dial clockwise to the OFF position.
Off: The radiant heater turns off.
Hi: Maximum temperature setting
Lo: Minimum temperature setting
