ISM

Intelligent Sensor Management functions provide the follow-
ing predictive maintenance information on an M800 and
M300 transmitter display:
Full sensor identification
• Sensor type
• Serial number
• Calibration history
• Actual calibration
• Factory calibration
• The last 3 calibrations
Predictive Diagnostics
• ACT (Adaptive Calibration Timer)
– Active Calibration Timer indicates the amount of time
remaining until a calibration is recommended, based
on time and concentration of ozone exposure.
• TTM (Time To Maintenance for electrolyte & membrane
body)
– Indicates the amount of time remaining until electro-
lyte and membrane replacement is recommended,
based on time and concentration of ozone exposure
• DLI (Dynamic Lifetime Indicator) for inner body
– Integrates ozone concentration to predict when inner
body should be replaced.
• SAN Sanitization counter
– Limit of ozone concentration and duration of sanitiza-
tion cycle can be defined on the transmitter
– Sanitization cycles are not taken into account for the
DLI / ACT / TTM calculations
