Operation

5.1 Setting the table inclination
⇒ Switch off the unit and wait until the trimmer disc stops.
⇒ Pull the model table (5) upwards from the ball head at the front edge�
⇒ Turn the adjustment fork (21) to the required position:
- Long side: 90°
- Short side: 98°
⇒ Press the model table onto the ball head again�
5.2 Setting the amount of water
⇒ Open the water shut-off valve of the water supply.
⇒ Switch on the unit�
⇒ Set the amount of water at the water valve (14)�
5.2.1 Aqua stop
During short breaks from work, e�g�, to examine the grinding result, the water
supply can be interrupted using aqua stop (24) without switching off the unit.
A: Aqua stop closed
B: Aqua stop opened
5.3 Trimming
⇒ Set or check the table inclination as required�
⇒ Switch on the unit�
⇒ Wait for acceleration to nominal speed (approx� 2 - 3 sec�)�
⇒ Adjust the water quantity as appropriate�
⇒ Using both hands, secure the model on the trimmer table and carefully press
it against the disc�
During short breaks from work, e�g�, to examine the grinding result, the unit
can remain switched on and the water supply can be interrupted using aqua
stop (24)�
⇒ Aqua stop must be opened again when resuming grinding work�
After work has been completed:
⇒ Switch the unit off.
Close the water shut-off valve of the water supply in the case of longer
interruptions in work and if the unit is left unattended (e.g., overnight).
