CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
1 - Clean the device after each use, as described in this section.
2 - Let the device cool down before you start cleaning it. The device should not be submerged in
cold water while it's hot.
3 - Put the device in a container, as described in the operating instructions in this manual.
4 - Pour water into the container until the water level reaches the MAX mark of the device.
5 - Pour vinegar into the container. It is recommended to use .5 g of vinegar for every litre of water.
6 - Run the sous vide at 80º C for three hours.
7 - When the sound indicates that the programmed time is over, turn the device off and unplug it.
8 - Disassemble the sous vide as shown below to clean the internal components.
a - Push the tab towards the inside of the device and slide upwards to separate it from
the support (PHOTO 1).
b - Unscrew the attachment screw and disassemble the stainless steel body. Turn the
stainless steel body and the plastic body in opposite directions (PHOTO 2) to
disassemble them.
c - Use a brush to clean the internal parts to remove any traces of lime (PHOTO 3).
d - Clean the filter (8) with a brush (PHOTO 4).
e - If the internal parts aren't cleaned completely, re-assemble the stainless steel body
and the pot support. Clean the device again with water and vinegar.

9 - When the heating element is completely clean, dry all the internal parts and re-assemble the
device.
10 - Store the sous vide upright in a ventilated place without humidity.
11 - If you notice that the device's performance has declined clean it as described in this section.
