Foreign object in the separator
Incorrect adjustment of the plas-

not being lubricated. The rubber
plates will therefore briefly bond to
the sieve, causing the rotor to run
unevenly
Connection of phases reversed
Worn out rubber blades
Material is piled up in lumps
Material is not removed immedi-

Adjust or replace the plastic edges according to "Ser-
vice and maintenance"

Connect L1, L2 and L3 correct, and ensure the rub-
ber blades are positioned correctly prior to start
Renew rubber blades and sealing segments (and
possibly also plastic edges)
Composition of material should be modified at pro-
ductional location
Ensure sufficient emptying
