Vorschmierungsölsystem
Warum vorschmieren?
Die Vorschmierung ist in den unten aufgeführten Situationen notwendig, um aus-
reichend Schmieröl an den Stellen bereitzustellen, wo es am meisten benötigt
wird (Ölpumpe, Lager, Kolben und Kolbenringe), um sicherzustellen, dass die
Gefahr des „Trockenlaufens" minimiert oder sogar beseitigt wird. Das Trocken-
laufen von Ölpumpen, Lagern, Kolben und Kolbenringen führt zum Verschleiß
bzw. verstärkt den Verschleiß der genannten Teile und wird schließlich die Kur-
belwelle und die Zylinderbuchsen beschädigen.

An oil cooler is present to ensure the oil temperature stays within normal ope-
rating limits (refer to paragraph 2.8 "Air Cooled Oil Cooler" in the Product
Information)
A minimum oil temperature of +30°C is achieved before start-up
The minimum allowable evaporating temperature is considered to ensure
adequate oil recovery from the evaporator(s). The minimum recommendation
is -20°C/R717
Viscosity grade number designation according to ISO Standard 3448.
An add on Heat Pump is where discharge gas from the refrigeration compressor(s) enters
directly into the suction side of the heat pump compressor(s). In this case a common oil for
both the refrigeration and heat pump compressors may be advantageous.
