Bracket fixation (Uni 2)
• Dimensions: fig. 2, page 3

1.5
SPX1200I
The SPX1200I can only be installed in combination with the SPX1200C (com-
pressor unit). The requirements for installing the SPX1200C have to be observed
as well.
• Dimensions: fig. 5, page 5
• Installation area without inclination to the front or back: fig. 6, page 5
• Size of the installation area: min. 648 x 340 mm (W x H) between the lower
and the upper bed
• Drilling holes: see fig. 7, page 6 to fig. 9, page 7
• For optional spacer sleeves: Ø 16 mm holes need to be drilled into the inte-
rior trim
Observe the following notes:
• Note that there can be wires or struts between the interior trim and the sheet
metal rear wall of the truck. These must not be damaged. Ask your vehicle
manufacturer for information.
• For the distance between the interior trim and the sheet metal rear wall of the
truck, 25 mm long spacer sleeves are included in the fixing kit (fig. 9,
page 7).
• The fastening screws (M6) included in the mounting kit are coordinated with
the enclosed spacer sleeves. Where no or different spacer sleeves are used,
the fastening screws must be adjusted.
• The maximum length of the supply line between the exit of the truck's rear
wall and the compressor unit (lower input) is 2.1 m (fig. 0, page 7). In case
of shorter routes, the supply line must be fitted with a compensating bend. It
is impossible to trim the supply line.
• The available length of the 24 V connection cable measured from the lower
edge of the compressor unit is 4 m.
If longer cables are required the cable extension has to be made by an
authorized workshop. The extension cable must have a cross section of
16 mm
