IV. USE
* Use of the flat baking plate
 Always entirely unroll the power cord, and then plug in the appliance in an earthed
socket 230V.
 Turn the thermostat knob to set the chosen temperature. The pilot lamp above the
thermostat knob will light up.
 As soon as the chosen temperature has been reached, the pilot lamp above the
thermostat knob will go out.
 Place the food on the flat baking plate. Do not use sharp utensils to turn or remove
the food as this could damage the non-stick coating of the flat baking plate.
 ATTENTION: NEVER use frozen food! If you are using defrosted food, first
remove the excess fluid, otherwise you will not obtain a perfect baking result.
 While baking/grilling, it is possible to adjust the temperature, according to the food
used.
 ATTENTION: when the appliance is working, it gets hot.

 After use, immediately plug out the appliance and turn the thermostat knob on the

* Use of the skewers
 Remove the drawer from the frame. Remove the skewers out of the drawer and
prick the pieces of meat, fish and vegetable on the skewer. By preference, use
small pieces.
 ATTENTION: the food used may not be too thick. Pay attention that the food on
the skewer does not touch the top heating element, as the food could burn.
 Place the skewers back in the openings on the drawer. Make sure the star-shaped
rings are placed in the slots on the drawer.
 Put the drawer back in the frame by using the handle.
 Always entirely unroll the power cord, and then plug in the appliance in an earthed
socket 230V.
 Turn the thermostat knob to set the chosen temperature and let the appliance
warm up. To make the skewers rotate, press the ON/OFF button. The red pilot
lamp on the ON/OFF button will light up.

plate or before cleaning the appliance.
