Computer Instructions

1.Scan – auto scan every 6 second
2.Speed : Display current speed 0 – 1200 RPM
3.Distance : Display 0.1 – 999.9 Kms
4.Time: Display the elapsed time 00:00 – 99:59 (minutes:seconds)
5.Odometer :Display total accumulated distance 0.1-999.9 Kms
6.Calories:Display calories consumption 0.1 – 999.9 K.cal
7.Pulse: Display pulse reat 30- 240 beats per minute
8.Mode : Button to clear training data and select different functions

Operating Instructions Computer CT 250
Batteries:
Open the battery case at the backside of the computer and insert 2 batteries Mignon AA 1.5 V.
Switch on:
After inserting the battery and/ or after pressing any button all displays will blink for some seconds.
If any of the display fails, replace the battery.
Please consult your retailer if this had already happened.

Beginning of Training

Please see attached Training Instructions
1. Training without the entering of any data
To set all values back to zero, press the Mode-button (8) for more than 3 seconds. All functional values will be setted
back to zero except the Odometer.
To display the pulse rate please use the ear clip. Before using the clip rub your earlobe several times between your
thumb and index finger to optimise flow of blood.
Time, distance and calories will be shown alternately.
After having finished a training session the achieved rates will be shown for a further 4 minutes.
If you continue training within this four minutes the achieved rates data shall be brought forward.
Auto scan:
Press the Mode-button (8) until arrow points to "A", the monitor will rotate through all 4 scanable functions, Speed,
Distance, Time, Odometer & Calorie. Each display will be held for 6 seconds.
Speed:
Press the Mode-button (8) until arrow points to "S" to show the current speed.
Distance:
Press the Mode-button (8) until arrow points to "D" to count the trip distance you are travelling.
Time:
Press the Mode-button (8) until arrow points to "T" to show the elapsed time.
Odmeter:
Press the Mode-button (8) until arrow points to "O" to count the total accumulated distance.
Calories:
Press the Mode-button (8) until arrow points to "C" to count the calorie consumption.
Pulse rate:
Press the Mode-button (8) until "♥" appears to show your heart rate (Pulse) in beats per minute. Before measuring your
pulse rate, clip the sensor to left earlobe after rubbing earlobe for several times to ensure maximum circulation. And clip
cord to collar to reduce excessive sensor vibration.
Please read the attached Training Instructions to find
your maximum and minimum pulse rate
Or consult your physician.
Mode –button:
If the Mode-button (8) is pressed for more than 3 seconds, all functional values will be setted back to zero except the
Odometer.
