Mounting the ball screw drive (BS)
Any major bending of the screw
harbors a risk of permanent deforma-
tion! For long screws (1500 mm or
longer), hold or suspend the screw
at several points.
• Insert the BS nut into the carriage with
the lube hole (1) foremost, fitting the
key (2) into the keyway (3) of the car-
riage. Do not tilt the nut.
If the lube hole (1) end of the BS
nut is not inserted first, the BS cannot
be lubricated during operation.
• Apply Loctite 638 adhesive to the ring
nut and screw it tight.
Tightening torques for the ring nut:
– CKK 12-90:
M23 x 1
– CKK 15-110: M30 x 1.5 13 Nm
– CKK 20-145: M40 x 1.5 23 Nm
– CKK 25-200: M55 x 1.5 52 Nm
• Mount the fixed bearing:
– CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110,
CKK 20-145 ! 10.7
– CKK 25-200 ! 10.8
• Mount the floating bearings. ! 10.9
• Mount the cover:
– CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110,
CKK 20-145 ! 10.5
– CKK 25-200 ! 10.6
• Mount the motor. ! 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 or
7.5

Montage de la VAB
Eviter toute flexion exagérée pou-
vant provoquer une déformation perma-
nente ! Pour les vis longues (à partir de
1 500 mm), les saisir en plusieurs en-
droits ou les supporter en plusieurs
points.
• Introduire l'écrou de la VAB, trou de
lubrification (1) vers l'avant, avec la
clavette (2) dans la rainure de clavette
(3) du plateau sans la gauchir.
Si l'écrou de la VAB n'a pas été
introduite, trou de lubrification (1) vers
l'avant, la VAB ne pourra pas être relu-
brifiée pendant son utilisation.
• Enduire la bague filetée avec de la
colle Loctite 638 et la serrer.
4 Nm
Couple de serrage de la bague filetée :
– CKK 12-90 :
– CKK 15-110 : M30 x 1,5 13 Nm
– CKK 20-145 : M40 x 1,5 23 Nm
– CKK 25-200 : M55 x 1,5 52 Nm
• Remplacement du palier fixe sur les :
– CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110,
CKK 20-145 ! 10.7
– CKK 25-200 ! 10.8
• Remplacement du palier libre. ! 10.9
• Montage du cache de protection :
– CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110,
CKK 20-145 ! 10.5
– CKK 25-200 ! 10.6
• Montage du moteur ! 7.1, 7.2, 7.3
ou 7.5

Montare la vite a sfere
In caso di forti flessioni della vite vi
è pericolo di deformazione permanente!
Se le viti sono molto lunghe (a partire da
circa 1500 mm ) reggere le viti in più
punti mediante appositi sostegni.
• Calzare la chiocciola della vite a sfere
con il foro di lubrificazione (1) in avanti
con la chiavetta (2) inserita nell'appo-
sita cava (3) della tavola facendo
attenzione a non inclinarla.
Se la chiocciola della vite a sfere
non viene calzata con il foro di lubrifica-
zione (1) in avanti, la vite a sfere non
può essere rilubrificata durante il funzio-
namento.
• Spalmare colla Loctite 638 sulla ghiera
filettata e avvitarla serrando.
Coppia di serraggio della ghiera filettata:
– CKK 12-90:
M23 x 1
– CKK 15-110: M30 x 1,5 13 Nm
– CKK 20-145: M40 x 1,5 23 Nm
– CKK 25-200: M55 x 1,5 52 Nm
• Montare il cuscinetto di vincolo assiale:
– CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110,
CKK 20-145 ! 10.7
– CKK 25-200 ! 10.8
• Montare il cuscinetto di vincolo radiale.
! 10.9
• Montare la protezione:
– CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110,
CKK 20-145 ! 10.5
– CKK 25-200 ! 10.6
• Montare il motore. ! 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 o
7.5
10.11 Sostituire le guide a
sfere su rotaia, la tavola,
il profilato di base o il
supporto della vite
F Al fine di garantire la precisione
del Linearmodulo Compact, raccomandi-
amo di inviare il Linearmodulo completo
alla Bosch Rexroth AG per la sostituzione
delle guide a sfere su rotaia, della tavola,
del profilato di base o del supporto della
vite.
