CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110, CKK 20-145:
Removing the aluminum cover
• Remove the floating bearing end block.
• At the floating bearing end, remove the
PU strips from the carriage and pull off
the strip guides.
• Pull the aluminum cover out over the
floating bearing end and remove it.
CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110, CKK 20-145:
Removing the gap seals
• Pull the fixed bearing end block with
the ball screw drive (BS) and the car-
riage about 100 mm out of the frame.
• Unscrew the PU strips from the car-
riage.
• Pull out the PU strips.
If two carriages are installed, do
not remove the connecting strips!
CKK 25-200: Removing the aluminum
cover and the gap seals
• Remove the floating bearing end block.
• Remove the two strip wipers (1) from
the floating bearing end block.
• At the floating bearing end:
• Unscrew the PU strips from the
carriage.
• Pull off the strip guides (2).
• Pull the aluminum cover out over the
floating bearing end and remove it (3).
• Pull the fixed bearing end block with
the ball screw drive (BS) and the
carriage about 100 mm out of the
frame (4).
• Remove the two strip wipers from the
fixed bearing end block.
• At the fixed bearing end:
• Unscrew the PU strips from the
carriage.
• Pull off the strip guides.
• Remove the strip tensioners (5) from
the PU strips.
• Pull out the PU strips.
If two carriages are installed, do
not remove the connecting strips!

Démontage du cache de protection
en aluminium des CKK 12-90,
CKK 15-110, CKK 20-145
• Retirer l'entretoise de palier libre.
• Dévisser les bandes en PU du plateau
du côté palier libre et retirer les renvois.
• Retirer le cache de protection en alumi-
nium en le tirant.
Démontage des protections des
ouvertures longitudinales des
CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110, CKK 20-145
• Pousser l'entretoise de palier fixe ainsi
que la VAB et le plateau d'environ
100 mm hors du corps principal.
• Dévisser les bandes en PU du plateau.
• Sortir les bandes en PU.
Dans le cas de deux plateaux, ne
pas desserrer les réglettes de liaison !
Démontage du cache de protection
en aluminium et des protections
des ouvertures longitudinales du
CKK 25-200
• Retirer l'entretoise de palier libre.
• Retirer les deux racleurs (1) de l'entre-
toise de palier libre.
• Du côté palier libre :
• dévisser les bandes en PU du pla-
teau,
• retirer les renvois (2).
• Retirer le cache de protection en alumi-
nium en le tirant vers le palier libre (3).
• Pousser l'entretoise de palier fixe ainsi
que la VAB et le plateau d'environ
100 mm hors du corps principal (4).
• Retirer les deux racleurs de l'entretoise
de palier fixe.
• Du côté palier fixe :
• dévisser les bandes en PU du pla-
teau,
• retirer les renvois.
• Démonter les tendeurs (5) des bandes
en PU.
• Sortir les bandes en PU.
Dans le cas de deux plateaux, ne
pas desserrer les réglettes de liaison !

smontare la copertura in alluminio
• Rimuovere la testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo radiale.
• Svitare i nastri in poliuretano dalla
tavola sul lato del cuscinetto di vincolo
radiale ed estrarre i deviatori.
• Tirare la copertura in alluminio in dire-
zione del lato del cuscinetto di vincolo
radiale ed estrarla.
CKK 12-90, CKK 15-110, CKK 20-145:
smontare i nastri di protezione
• Estrarre di circa 100 mm la testata del
cuscinetto di vincolo assiale con vite a
sfere e tavola dal profilato di base.
• Svitare i nastri in poliuretano dalla
tavola.
• Estrarre i nastri in poliuretano.
Se si dispone di due tavole: non
allentare i listelli di collegamento!
CKK 25-200: smontare la copertura
in alluminio ed i nastri di protezione
• Rimuovere la testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo radiale.
• Rimuovere due serranastro (1) dalla
testata del cuscinetto di vincolo radiale.
• Sul lato del cuscinetto di vincolo
radiale:
• svitare i nastri in poliuretano dalla
tavola,
• estrarre i deviatori (2).
• Tirare ed asportare la copertura in
alluminio verso il lato del cuscinetto di
vincolo radiale (3).
• Estrarre di circa 100 mm la testata del
cuscinetto di vincolo assiale con vite a
sfere e tavola dal profilato di base (4).
• Rimuovere due serranastro dalla testata
del cuscinetto di vincolo assiale.
• Sul lato del cuscinetto di vincolo
assiale:
• svitare i nastri di poliuretano dalla
tavola,
• rimuovere i deviatori.
• Smontare le staffe di fissaggio (5) dai
nastri in poliuretano.
• Estrarre i nastri in poliuretano.
Se si dispone di due tavole: non
allentare i listelli di collegamento!
