Front thigh muscles (Fig. N)
Pull your foot towards your buttocks.
Rear lower leg muscles (Fig. O)
Press your back heel onto the ground and tilt
your body forward evenly.
Inner hip muscles (Fig. P)
Move your pelvis downwards diagonally.
Calf muscles (Fig. Q)
Raise your heels briefly a few times and lower
them again.

Cleaning and care

Use a cloth soaked with lukewarm or soapy wa-
ter to clean the product. Never clean the product
with solvents or harsh cleaning agents.
These can abrade the plastic materials and
markings and damage them over time.

Storage and transport

Do not permanently expose the product to direct
sunlight or excessive heat, as these may cause cra-
cking or deterioration of the product, shortening its
lifespan and significantly affecting its usefulness.
Dry wet poles with a towel to prevent corrosion.
Always transport the product folded up, fastened
with the hook and loop fastener and with the
asphalt pad on the hollow-ground tip, to prevent
possible injuries to yourself and others.
When not in use, always store the product clean
and dry at room temperature.
Disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging materi-
als in accordance with current local regulations.
Packaging materials such as foil bags are not
suitable to be given to children. Keep the pack-
aging materials out of the reach of children.
Dispose of the products and the
packaging in an environmentally friendly
manner.
The recycling code is used to identify
various materials for recycling.
The code consists of the recycling symbol
– which is meant to reflect the recycling cycle –
and a number which identifies the material.

service handling
The product was produced with great care and
under constant supervision. You receive a three-
year warranty for this product from the date of
purchase. Please retain your receipt.
The warranty applies only to material and
workmanship and does not apply to misuse or
improper handling. Your statutory rights, espe-
cially the warranty rights, are not affected by this
warranty.

situation with you.
Any repairs under the warranty, statutory guar-
antees or through goodwill do not extend the
warranty period. This also applies to replaced
and repaired parts. Repairs after the warranty
are subject to a charge.
