The best way to order spare parts is by e-mail or fax. Please use the e-mail address

Disposal and recycling of packaging
The device is provided in a package to avoid damages during transport. This package is
made of raw materials and hence can be reused or recycled.
For EC countries only
Please do not dispose of electrical appliances in the regular domestic waste!
According to the European Directive 2012/19/EU regarding waste electrical
and electronic equipment and the implementation of that directive into national
law, electrical devices have to be collected separately and disposed of in an
environmental-suitable manner after the end of their life cycle. Should you
