Translation of the original operating instructions
5. Carefully pull the pull-cord starter (fig. 19, no. 6) until you
can feel a light resistance, then pull it quickly and forcefully.
Attention! Risk of injury!
There could be an unexpected kick-back from the
pull-cord starter, which could suddenly jam the pull-
cord.
6. After a warm-up phase (1 - 2 min.), return the choke lever
to position "0". You can now set the main switch (fig. 21, no. 10) back to "On" and connect
the consumers. See arrow in fig. 20.
6.3.
Stopping the engine
Note
If you have to switch the engine off immediately due to an emergency situation, set
the starter switch to "OFF" ("0").
6.4.
Operating options of the generator
Earth the generator before use
Make sure that the generator is earthed by pushing a metal
rod* into the ground and connecting it with earth connection
via a cable.*(* = not included in scope of delivery.)
1. Operate the device as described in these instructions
only! Any other use is considered misuse and can cause
hazardous situations.
2. When connecting several consumers to the generator,
first connect the consumers with highest power con-
sumption and then with lower power consumption. When
using extension cables or mobile distribution networks, a
maximum length of 60 m must not be exceeded for a
cross-sectional area of 1.5 mm
not be exceeded for a cross-sectional area of 2.5 mm
Use flexible hard rubber extension cables only, which
corresponds to the brief design description H07RN-F.
1. Set the main switch (fig. 21, no. 10) to "OFF" ("0").
2. Set the starter switch (fig. 22, no. 9) to "OFF" ("0").
3. Set the fuel cock (fig. 23, no. 7) to "Closed" ("0").
