The default values are valid for the complete protection system.
If the entries are made during the initial setfile configuration phase
(prior to the Bay Model engineering under the window Single-line
diagram), they are valid for the further configuration process.
If the entries are made at a later stage, they have to be confirmed
with Change value of all (group individually) to get a system-wide
validity.
