Installation Procedures
CAUTION:
To ensure proper installation, read the "Caution" carefully before beginning the installation. After installation, start the
unit and demonstrate the operation and maintenance steps to the customers.
Warning and Caution:
• WARNING: If not adhered to, serious injuries or even death could occur.
• CAUTION: If not adhered to, injuries to people and damages to the machine can occur.
• WARNING:
• The units should be installed only done by a professional ; do not attempt installing the unit by yourself. Incorrect
installation can cause water leakage, electric shock or fire.
• Install the unit as per the instructions in the Manual. Incorrect installation can cause water leakage, electric shock or
fire accidents.
• It is necessary to use specified accessories and parts or water leakage, electric shock, and fire accidents could occur;
the unit could also topple over.
• Unit should be fixed in a location that is strong enough to hold the unit or the unit could fall causing injuries.
• When installing the unit, take in consideration natural calamities such as storms, typhoon, earthquakes etc. because
incorrect installation could cause the unit to topple over in such situations.
• All the electric work should be performed by experienced personnel as per the local regulations and this manual.
• It is okay to use extra wires for the unit. Incorrect installation or undersized electric wires may cause electric shock or
fire accidents.
• All the wires and circuit should be safe. Ensure that you are using specific wires and fixing them firmly. Ensure that
external force does not affect terminal block and electric wires. Poor contact and installation may cause fire accidents.
• Arrange the wires correctly when connecting the indoor and outdoor power supply. Fix the terminal cover firmly to
avoid overheating, electric shock and fire accident.
• Check the unit after installation. Ensure that there are no leakages.
• Cut the power supply before touching the terminal block.
