Raising the upper knife
Be sure to turn the power switch OFF.
1. Turn the handwheel until the upper knife is fully raised. Open the looper cover.
2. Press the part indicated as (A) in the figure toward the right until it will go no further.
3. Keep pressing (A) and turn the knob on the right side in the direction of the arrow.
4. Turn the knob until the knife reaches position (B).

1. Draai het handwiel naar u toe tot de naalden de hoogste positie bereiken. Open de Grijper beschermkap.
2. Druk de bovenmeshouder (A) naar rechts.
3. Draai de knop in de richting van de pijl tot het mes zich in de positie bevindt als in de tekening (B).

Toujours couper l'alimentation de courant à l'interrupteur.
1. Tourner le volant jusqu'à ce que le couteau supérieur soit complètement relevé.
Ouvrir le couvercle du boucleur.
2. Appuyer sur la partie (A) du schéma en la faisant glisser vers la droite jusqu'en butée.
3. Continuer à appuyer sur (A) et tourner le bouton vers la droite dans la direction de la flèche.
4. Tourner le bouton jusqu'à ce que le couteau se trouve dans la position (B).

Unbedingt den netzschalter ausschalten.

1. Das obere Messer mit dem Handrad in seine oberste Position bringen.
Den Greiferdeckel öffnen.
2. Das in der Abbildung mit (A) bezeichnete Teil nach rechts andrücken.
3. Unter anhaltendem Drücken von (A) den auf der rechten Seite befindlichen
knopf in Pfeilrichtung drehen.
4. Den knopf drehen, bis das Messer Position (B) erreicht.
Lower knife adjusting knob
Be sure to turn the power switch OFF.
Turn the lower knife adjusting knob by pressing part (C) in the figure.
• (E): If the edge of the sewing materialcurls, set the lower knife adjusting knob (D) to smaller
value on the scale.
• (F): If the remaining thread is too long for the edge of the material, set the lower knife adjusting
knob to larger value on the scale.

• Stel het bovenmes omhoog (c ).
• Draai de snijbreedte knop (ondermes) in de gewenste richting (D ).
• Laat het mes weer zakken.
De positie het ondermes bepaalt de zoombreedte. Verklein de zoombreedte als de rand van dunne
stof opkrult tijdens het naaien (E). Vergroot de zoombreedte als de stekenvorming te los is (F).

une valeur supérieure.

Unter Andrücken von (c) (siehe Abbildung) den Einstellknopf drehen.
• (E) Bei nähgut mit rollneigung am rand den Einstellknopf (D) auf einen kleineren Skalenwert stellen.
• (F) Bei für den nähgutrand zu langem restfaden den Einstellknopf auf einen grösseren
Skalenwert stellen.
