2. Description of the ARTROMOT®-E2/-E2 compact
The motorized CPM device supports the
following movements of the elbow joint:
Extension/flexion
Pronation/supination
It can be reconfigured for use on either side.

and extension values below 0° are
marked with the symbol "-" both on the
display and in this document.

Biocompatibility
Those parts of the ARTROMOT®-E2/
-E2 compact that come into contact with
the patient when the device is used as
intended, are designed to fulfil the
bio compatibility requirements of the
applicable standards.
Essential Performance Features
– The programmed angles are accurately
maintained with a tolerance of +/- 2°.
– The programmed speeds are accurately
maintained with a tolerance of +/- 5%.
– The selected mode and mechanical set-
tings do not change during operation.
