6.2 Sound setting

Sound mode
Select the desired sound mode:
• Standard
• Movie
• Music
• User
Balance
Select the desired balance between the left (-) and right (+)
speakers. By default the value should be at „0".
AVL
AVL (Automatic Volume Limiting) ensures a consistent volume when you switch from one TV pro-
gram to another. Select „ON" or „OFF".
Digital audio output
Select whether you use the digital audio output for e.g. a surround system:
• Auto
• PCM
• off
Audio description
This option is for visually impaired people. When activated, scenes without sound are described by
a speaker (depending on the respective station or broadcast). At the „Mixing level" you can adjust
the volume of the speaker accordingly.

(sound is concentrated on voices)
(sound is focused on music)
(bass and treble can be adjusted as
required)
(automatically detects the connection of an external surround system)
(sends an encoded audio signal to the external surround system)
(disables the digital audio output. The sound is played through the TV
speakers)
