Setting of the delivery rate

In order to change the delivery rate, the adjusting throttle (fig. 7, pos. 1) of the hydro motor must be adjusted.
The system must be in a pressureless state when setting the delivery rate.

Unscrew the screw plug (fig. 7, pos. 2) with an Allen key AF 6 and remove it together with the Cu sealing ring.

Adjust the adjusting throttle with an Allen key AF 5. The flow rate increases by unscrewing the adjusting throttle and thus increases
the delivery rate. The flow rate decreases by screwing in the adjusting throttle and thus decreases the delivery rate.
The diagram below (fig. 8) shows standard values for the setting of the delivery rate.

flow must be adjusted individually at each device. If the required delivery rate is unknown, you can assume a
range between 0.5 and 1.0 cm³/min for most hydraulic breakers.

Retighten the screw plug with Cu sealing ring.

The function is controlled via the visible eccentric shaft (fig. 6, pos. 1). You can calculate the exact delivery rate with the measurable
number of revolutions of the eccentric shaft or the number of strokes of the delivery piston.
