This device is fitted with two handpiece cord
connectors. Depending on the application, the

For greater efficiency, two handpieces of the
same type can be connected at the same time.

modes at pre-set ultrasound power settings.
In N
function, the power of the ultrasound

can be finely adjusted by the user.
In both cases, the user regulates the flow rate of
the irrigation fluid.
The practitioner controls the device using a
keyboard and a multi-function footswitch.
The irrigation fluid flow rate and the ultrasound
power are monitored on a screen.
For enhanced efficacy, the last settings are
memorized by the machine.

II - WARNINGS
2. 1 INSTALLATION PRECAUTIONS
• The device should only be connected to the
main electric supply by a qualified dental
installation engineer who distributes SATELEC
products.
• The electrical supply to which the device is
connected should comply with current
standards. Use of an earthed mains plug is
compulsory.
• On reception of the device, check for damage
caused in transit. If there is any problem,
contact the SATELEC After-Sales Service (see
Section 10.2).
• Follow the installation instructions in the
correct order (see Chapter IV).
2. 2 ENVIRONMENTAL PRECAUTIONS
• Do not cover the device or obstruct the air
vents.
• Do not immerse in liquid.
• Operating temperature: +10 to +40°C at a
maximum of 95% relative humidity without
condensation.
• Storage temperature: -20 to +70°C at a
maximum of 95% relative humidity without
condensation.
• Do not use the device in an inflammable
atmosphere or in the presence of explosive gas
(e.g. volatile anesthetics).
