– The battery of the fitness wristband is flat. If the fitness wristband will
not turn on, charge it using the included USB charging cable.
– Check that you are using the correct app. It is only possible to
transfer data using the "HealthForYou" app.
– The fitness wristband is connected to a different smartphone. Discon-
nect the fitness wristband from one smartphone before you connect
it with another.
– iPhone:
If you are using an iPhone and the Bluetooth
working, disconnect the Bluetooth
"HealthForYou" app.
Then go to Bluetooth
delete the "SAS 88" from the list of connected Bluetooth
Now reconnect the "SAS 88" via Bluetooth
