Alarm

You can set different alarm times via the "HealthForYou" app. When
the alarm time is reached, the fitness wristband will begin to vibrate.

Messages

When you receive push notifications on your smartphone (e.g. SMS or
WhatsApp), you can be notified via the fitness wristband display. The
prerequisites for this are that the fitness wristband is connected to your
smartphone via Bluetooth
set up.
Notification for WhatsApp messages received by your smartphone:
the word "WhatsApp" appears in the display.
Notification for Facebook Messenger messages received by your
smartphone:
the word "Facebook" appears in the display.
