18. Rücklaufanhebegruppe
Die Lohberger Rücklaufanhebegruppe wurde speziell für das Ge-
rät Ligno Aqua entwickelt. Die Einheit ermöglicht eine rasche Errei-
chung der Kesselbetriebstemperatur, um eine Taupunktunterschrei-
tung zu vermeiden. Dadurch wird eine längere Lebensdauer des
Kessels erreicht. Das integrierte Thermoventil lässt den Kesselkreis
bei Anfahrbetrieb im Kurzschluss laufen. Der dynamische Bypass
ist bei niedrigen Temperaturen komplett geöffnet. Bei Erreichen der
Soll-Rücklauftemperatur öffnet das Thermoventil den Durchgang zur
Pufferladung. Dabei schließt der Bypass allmählich und stellt die
komplette Fördermenge der Pumpe zur Leistungsübertragung zur
Verfügung. Bei abfallender Kesseltemperatur wird dieser Vorgang
umgekehrt und der Bypass sorgt bis zur Unterschreitung der Soll-
temperatur für eine Temperaturanhebung des Rücklaufs.
Neben dem Thermoventil wurden ein Manometer zur Kontrolle des
Anlagendrucks sowie ein Sicherheisventil als Absicherung gegen ei-
nen zu hohen Anlagendruck in einer kompakten Baugruppe vereint.

18.5 Montage
Die Lohberger Rücklaufanhebung wird lose geliefert und ist einfach
mit zwei Überwurmuttern am Gerät zu montieren:
1. Anschlussflächen am Gerät sowie an der Rücklaufanhebung reinigen
2. Rücklaufanhebung mit Überwurmuttern und Gummi-Dichtungen
am Gerät montieren. Auf den richtigen Anschluss von Vorlauf und
Rücklauf ist zu achten!
3. Anbindung an das Heizuungssystem durchführen.
4. Nach Fertigstellung der Anschlussarbeiten und dem Befüllen der
Heizungsanlage muss eine Dichtheitsprobe der kompletten Anla-
ge durchgeführt werden.
18.6 Elektrischer Anschluss
Die Lohberger Rücklaufanhebung wird Steckerfertig geliefert und
wird entweder mit dem ebenfalls als Zubehör erhältlichem Lohber-
ger-Pumpenthermostat oder separat mit dem Ligno Aqua verbun-
den.
