Star network control
Up to 8 telemetry devices can be connected in a star network to the telemetry
interface COM2 using a TTY multiplexer.
The advantage of this mode is that only one telemetry device fails if there is a fault
in a control line following the TTY multiplexer. Disadvantage: many control lines
are required.

Required accessories
One TTY multiplexer (e.g. 8-channel TTY multiplexer, Order No.: 2GF5505-
8AK).
Control line: 2-core cable, max. permissible length approx. 1.2 km with 0.8 mm
conductor diameter
9-pin Sub-D plug with housing.
The power supply to the control unit is from a separate power supply unit.

Manuals.
