5) HALF MARATHON: Distance target program simulates a half marathon training. This program helps tone muscle and
improve cardiovascular ability to be ready for a real race.
6) MYTRAIN: When first time enter MYTRAIN mode, you can set up the speed and incline manual, machine will automatically
record your workout changes every 30 seconds, while the workout end, by pressing and hold MYTRAIN button for 3
seconds to save your favorite training record and ready for next run. Next time enter MYTRAIN mode, you can experience
the same training again.
7) FIT TEST: This fitness test is designed base on《Adult constitution test manual of China, 2006 . The test will begin with 3
minutes interval workout to keep you in exercise mode following by 4 minutes of cool down period. Your treadmill will monitor
your heart rate performance at all time. Please remember to contact the HEART RATE GRIP properly whenever "HR"
indication is shown on the console. Finish testing the computer will show your test result between F1 - F5 with F5 being best
performance. Please use the "Family Health Management Record" at the back of this manual to keep your fitness data on
track. (2-4 times / week is suggested)
