the heating element, but flow into the
grease collector 21 in the middle.

Small parts cannot fall down through the
grill.
The smoker box 36 is filled with special wood
chips or wood shavings and closed. It is
placed onto the grill 14 above the heating ele-
ment 15. In this way, the barbecued food is
given aromatic smoke flavours.
The lower heat reflector plate 12 generates an
effect similar to a fan oven.
Ideal for thicker barbecued food that should be
cooked slower and at lower temperatures, e.g.
for chicken drumsticks.
