ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Remove all the separate parts from the packaging, lay them on the
floor and check roughly that all are there on the base of the assem-
bly steps. Please note that a number of parts have been connected
directly to the main frame and preassembled. This will make it easier
and quicker for you to assemble the equipment.
Assembly time: 45 min.
STEP 1:
Assembly of foot tubes (1L+1R) and support tube (3).
1. Lay both foot tubes (1L+1R) and connection tube (2) as figure
shows down on floor sothat the holes align.
2. Put on each screw M10x70 (13) one washer 10//20 (20) and put
the screws (13) from outside through the holes. Tighten the connec-
tion tube (2) at foot tubes left and right (1L+1R) with screws (13) by
using washers (20) and nylon nuts M10 (24).
3. Put the support tube (3) onto the connection tube (2) and secu-
re with screws M10x75 (14), washers 10//20 (20) and nylon nuts (24).
4. Put the rear support tube (5) onto the ends of foot tube left and
right (1L+1R) and secure with screws M10x75 (14), washers 10//20
(20) and nylon nuts (24).
5. Put the push up handles (4) onto the front area of foot tube left
and right (1L+1R) and secure them with carriage bolt M10x70 (19),
washers 10//20 (20) and nylon nuts (24).
STEP 2:
Attach the main frame (6) at support tube (3).
1. Put the main frame (6) onto the support tube (3) sothat the holes
in the support tube (3), rear support (5) and threads in main frame (6)
align and secure with screws M10x25 (16) and washers 10//20 (20).
STEP 3:
Attach the pull up grip (9) at pull up bar (8).
1. Put the pull up grips (9) from outside into the pull up bar (8) and
secure them with screws M10x25 (16) and arc washers 10//22 (22).
