the measuring tool in the centre of the work area and on a tri-
pod in order to minimise interference.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Keep the rotary laser, charger and laser receiver clean at all
times.
Never immerse the rotary laser, charger or laser receiver in
water or other liquids.
Wipe off any dirt using a damp, soft cloth. Do not use any de-
tergents or solvents.
In particular, the areas around the outlet aperture of the
rotary laser should be cleaned on a regular basis. Make sure
to check for lint when doing this.

When working on unstable ground, mount the measuring
tool on the tripod (31). Take care that the shock-warning
function is activated, in order to avoid faulty measurements
in case of ground vibrations or shock to the measuring tool.
