Remedy
1. Check the connection to the vehicle battery.
2. Fully charge the battery and repeat the battery test.
3. Check the internal batteries.
4. Inform customer service.
1. Connect the BAT 171 by way of battery clips to a 12 V battery.
2. Inform customer service.
Remedy
R Ensure proper insertion of the printer paper or fit a new roll
of printer paper.
R Make sure the printer paper sensor is clean and intact (refer
to Section 3.6)
R The printer only works if the BAT 171 is connected
to a vehicle battery with at least 11,5 V.
R Connect a vehicle battery with sufficient voltage.
R Make sure the battery clips are properly connected:
Red clip to positive post (+)
Black clip to negative post (–)
R The battery clips must make contact with the connections
on both sides.
R Close and engage the cover of the printer paper
compartment.
R Printing starts automatically.
Remedy
R Connect a vehicle battery with sufficient voltage.
R Check connection:
Red clip to positive post (+)
Black clip to negative post (–)
R The clips must make contact with the connections
on both sides.
R Replace internal batteries
