4.26 Switching on the fan

1. Precondition: the hob is switched on. Select
the fan power setting display (as a key).
2. Select the desired fan speed using the sli-
der area (sensor field) from 0 to 9.
Power stage P automatically switches to
stage 9 after 5 minutes.
Note
To switch off the fan, select fan power set-
ting display, then touch level 0 on the slider
control
4.27 Automatic blower
It is possible to let the fan run automatically:
fan speed is automatically regulated depen-
ding on cooking zones power levels.
1. Precondition: the hob is switched on. Press
and hold fan power setting display for 3 se-
conds.
2. Automatic mode is activated. "A" is display-
ed on selected key and the fan reacts ac-
cording to automatic profile.
Notes:
An increasing of cooking zones power will
-
cause an automatic increase of fan speed.
A decreasing of cooking zones power will
-
cause an automatic decrease of fan speed.
To deactivate automatic fan, press fan
-
power setting display and select the desired
fan speed from the slider area. Manual mo-
de is activated and the active level is dis-
played.
The actual steam generation is delayed.
-
When changing the cooking level, the auto-
matic fan level follows generally after 20
sec delay.
