Warnings

children from birth and up to 15 kg
(33 lbs) or 98 cm (38.5 in).
· WARNING: Underneath the frame, be-
tween the wheels, there is a shopping
basket. The maximum permitted weight
in this basket is 5 kg.
· WARNING: There is one pocket on the
hood of the seat-unit and one pocket
on the hood of the carry cot. The maxi-
mum permitted weight in these pock-
ets is 1 kg.
· WARNING: Excessive weight may cause
a hazardous unstable condition to
exist.
· WARNING: Because there is a risk of
tipping, no shopping bags or other
heavy articles should be hung on the
handle bar.
· WARNING: This product will become
unstable if a parcel bag, other than
one recommended by the manufac-
terer, is used.
· WARNING: Never leave your child unat-
tended in or with the pushchair.
· WARNING: Never lift the pushchair
up when a child is in it.
· WARNING: Always make sure that ac-
cessories are well attached before you
use the pushchair.
· WARNING: Never use a mattress in the
carry cot that is thicker than 25 mm.
· WARNING: The Deluxe seat is not suit-
able for children under 6 months.
· WARNING: Avoid serious injury from fal-
ling or sliding out. Always strap your
child in with the five-point-safety
harness in combination with the crotch
strap.
· WARNING: Only use the pushchair for
one child at a time. It is only possible
to use the pushchair for 2 children
when combining the Urban Rider and
the Mutsy duoseat.
· WARNING: When combining the Urban
Rider and the Mutsy duoseat, never use

the swivel wheels.
· WARNING: Ensure that all locking de-
vices are engaged before use.
· WARNING: Always ensure that the brake
is on when placing your child in the
pushchair.
· WARNING: This product is not suitable
for running or skating.

Points of attention
· Use only original Mutsy accessories.
· No alterations should be made to the
product. If you have any complaints or
problems, please contact your supplier
or importer.
· All left/right descriptions in the text are
written with the user standing behind
the pushchair.
· When parking always apply the brakes.
· Due to the materials used in the tyres,
these can leave tyre marks on certain
surfaces.
· Parcels or accessory items, or both,
placed on the unit may cause unit to
become unstable.
Maintenance
Fabrics
· All Mutsy fabrics have been tested; but
if the pushchair becomes very wet, the
moisture can go through openings and
the stitching seams into the liner and
leave water stains in the lining. To pre-
vent this, we recommend that you use
a rain cover.
· The lining and apron can be washed by
hand with a soft detergent at a maxi-
mum temperature of 30°C.
! Do not wash in the washing machine or
treat in the tumble dryer.
· Stains in the liner or outside fabric
can be treated with a soft detergent
(without bleach) and lukewarm water.
Always treat the complete surface. A
wet push chair should be put out to dry
with an opened canopy.
· Even though the Mutsy fabrics have
color, existe la posibilidad de que los
tejidos se decoloren. Mutsy se exime
de toda responsabilidad por eventuales
decoloraciones.
Cochecito
· Aunque la pintura no precisa mante-
nimiento, puede dañarse con más fac-
ilidad que el cromo en caso de golpes
o rascadas. Tenerlo en cuenta al trans-
portarlo en el automóvil. Para prevenir
la oxidación de las piezas cromadas,
untarlas con vaselina.
· No lubricar nunca las ruedas con acei-
te. Para mantener las ruedas en per-
fecto estado, limpiar los ejes con regu-
laridad y untarlos con vaselina.
· El resto de piezas móviles pueden ser
vaporizadas con spray de Teflón y seca-
das con un trapo suave.
· Para asegurarse un uso libre de prob-
lemas del cochecito, limpiar y vapori-
zar regularmente con spray de Teflón la
superficie de los tubos sobre los cuales
se desliza el mecanismo de rotación
del eje y de los bloqueos.
Montaje
Contenido de la caja:
· 1 chasis con cesta
· 4 ruedas (2 ruedas delanteras/2 ruedas
traseras)
Orden de montaje:
· Montar las ruedas (1)
· Desbloquear el seguro de plegado (2)
(situado en el lado izquierdo)
· Desplegar el chasis (3)
Las ruedas
Montar las ruedas (a)
· Montar las dos ruedas delanteras y tra-
seras en el chasis, éstas últimas provis-
tas de una corona de freno.
· Para montar las ruedas, presionar el
buje central e insertar el eje de la rueda
en el tubo. A continuación, aflojar la pre-
sión sobre el buje, hasta oír un "clic".
Desmontar las ruedas (b)
· Para desmontar las ruedas, pressionar
el buje y retirar el eje de la rueda del
tubo.
! Las ruedas están equipadas con una

"válvula neumática para coches". La
presión del aire puede ajustarse según
el peso del niño. Cuanto menor sea el
peso, se precisará menos presión de
aire en los neumáticos para obtener un
confort óptimo.
! Asegurarse que la presión del aire de
los neumáticos no supere los 20 psi/1,4

El armazón
Desplegar el chasis (c)
· Desbloquear el seguro de plegado situa-
do en el lado izquierdo del chasis.
· Accionar el freno o apoyar un pie sobre
la estructura inferior del chasis.
· Tirar del manillar hacia arriba hasta oír
un "clic".
· Extender el reposapiés hacia adelante
hasta quedar fijado.
! Antes de cada uso, comprobar que el
cochecito ha sido correctamente des-
plegado y fijado.
Plegar el chasis (d)
· Accionar el freno o apoyar un pie sobre
la estructura inferior del chasis.
· Presionar el botón de ajuste de la altura
del manillar, tirar hacia Ud. del segundo
resorte de seguridad situado en el lado
izquierdo del chasis y empujar el manil-
lar hacia adelante hasta que el chasis
quede plegado. Cuando el cochecito esté
recogido en posición horizontal, el seguro
de plegado se fijará automáticamente.
Guardar el chasis en posición vertical
· Guardar el chasis en posición vertical,
una vez el mecanismo de bloqueo de
seguridad haya sido activado.
Transportar/remolcar el cochecito
· Para poder remolcar el chasis tirando
del manillar, éste debe estar plegado y
el mecanismo de bloqueo de seguridad
accionado.
Ajustar el manillar (e)
· El manillar posee 4 posiciones de regu-
lación de altura.
· Pulsar el botón de ajuste de la altura
situado en el manillar.
· Para modificar la posición, desplazar el
manillar arriba y abajo, y soltar el botón
