Press Set briefly
in standby mode
The display is activated.
The selection is applied.
Input is selected. The setting is applied.

Display of averages for 5 seconds
Press and hold Set

Restart the display (reset)

Change to "Heart rate controlled" mode. Only possible in
"Power" mode
Press the left arrow / right arrow
Changes the gear, setting or value. If you press and hold the
keys the values change faster.
Press the left arrow + right arrow at the same
time
after reset with display of all segments

Selects the "Custom settings" menu.

Pulse measurement

The receiver is positioned behind the display with this computer.
(Chest straps are not always supplied)
The POLAR T34 chest strap without plug-in receiver is available as
an accessory (Art. No. 67002000). Only the "5 kHz systems from
POLAR" work.

settings chosen.
