conditions
Excessive overload (a steep incline, or the rider is too heavy) may have caused the motor to overheat
and trip the safety. If such a sudden stop of the scooter occurs, turn off the scooter (put it in OFF mode)
and wait about a minute before switching the battery on again.
Check all wires and connectors to make sure they are connected and secure.
ONE K E-MOTION 15 is not designed for wet, rain or puddle use.
If your problem arises as a result of such use please contact your dealer.
Be careful not to overload the scooter beyond the maximum weight limit (100 kg).
Be careful not to use your scooter on steep slopes, and do not pull or tow objects or people.
Avoid overloading the scooter as this will cause premature wear of the battery and its components.
Ride only on solid, flat, clean and dry surfaces such as a bike path or level ground.
