GENERAL INDICATIONS
Milk is a delicate biological product and can easily deteriorate.
Heat modifies its structure. Milk must be kept at a storage
temperature no higher than 5°C (41°F) from the moment the
container is opened and throughout its entire period of use.
Our storage appliances are suitable for this purpose.
NOTE: at the end of the work day (or not more than 24 hours
from the time the container is opened), any remaining milk
must be discarded.
MEMORIZATION OF TYPES OF BEVERAGES
By using the following combinations, the "automatic
cappuccino-maker" and the programing capability provided
for each button of the left dispenser unit permit making
different types of beverages according to the local customs
and preferences:
- frothed milk
- frothed milk + coffee
- frothed milk + decaffeinated coffee
- dispensing first the coffee and then the milk
- dispensing coffee and milk simultaneously.
The desired programing is done by the installing service
technician.
MILK SUPPLY
Plunge the small pipe (X) into the milk container.
After having positioned the container under the cappuccino-
maker (1), the milk can be supplied in two ways:
MEASURED QUANTITY OF MILK
Press the milk supply button. The led above the button lights
up, the milk flows out and then stops automatically. The flow
may be stopped at any time by pressing the STOP button.
CONTINUOUS MILK FLOW
Turn the milk supply switch (20). Once the desired amount of
milk is obtained, turn the switch (20) to "0" to stop.
CAPPUCCINO SUPPLY
- Just use the filter-holder that has a single spout.
- Remove the filter-holder from the dispenser unit and remove

Place a container under the cappuccino maker (1).
Remove the knob (1b) to facilitate the circulation of air.
Completely rotate the air adjustment screw (1a) clockwise,
then turn it back by half a turn.
Completely rotate the temperature adjustment screw (1c)
clockwise, then turn it back by half a turn.
At this point, press the required key to obtain milk or
cappuccino.
Adjustment of the cappuccino froth
Too much froth:
Finely rotate the air adjustment screw (1a) clockwise.
Too little froth:
Finely rotate the air adjustment screw (1a) anticlockwise.
Cappuccino temperature
If the cappuccino is too hot:
Finely rotate the temperature adjustment screw (1c)
anticlockwise.
If the cappuccino is not hot enough:
Finely rotate the temperature adjustment screw (1c)
clockwise.

all the used coffee grounds; then fill with fresh ground coffee
and press firmly.

Insert the filter-holder into the dispenser unit and secure
firmly.
- Plunge the small pipe (X) into the milk container.
- Place a cappuccino cup or other appropriate container under
the spout; with the special spout of the automatic cappuccino-
maker, the cappuccino cup or other container must not be
moved between the dispensing of the coffee and milk.
- Press the corresponding selection button. The LED above
the button will light up and dispensing will begin. Dispensing
turns off automatically.
- You can stop dispensing at any time by pressing the "STOP"
button.

how to obtain hotter or cooler and very frothy or not so
frothy milk.
CAUTION: After a long inactivity, the hygienic
norms relevant to milk conservation shall be
followed.
