Unhook filter holder and empty the coffee grounds of the previous
coffee in the dregs drawer.
Fill the filter with one dose of ground coffee in the case of the 1-cup
filterholder with conical filter or with two doses of ground coffee in
the case of a 2-cup filterholder with cylindrical filter.
Uniformly press the ground coffee in the filter by means of the
pressing disc of the grinder.
Clean the filter rim in order to eliminate the eventual ground coffee.
Hook filterholder to the group and put one or two cups underneath of
the delivery spouts of filter holder.
Turn the control knob 3 on position COFFEE and then back to STOP
as soon as the desired quantity of coffee in the cups has been
reached.
Steam delivery
Keep pivoting steam delivery pipe 1/9 inside the machine
encumbrance, open and then immediately close steam tap knob 2, in
order to drain the condensation water from the pipe. Bring pivoting
pipe 1/9 outside the machine encumbrance, introduce it in the liquid,
which must be heated, and open steam tap 2.
When the liquid has been heated up, bring back pivoting pipe 1/9
within the encumbrance of the machine and open tap again, in order
to drain the eventual residues of the heated liquid from the inside of
the pipe and close tap immediately afterwards.
Use a high but narrow jug, fill it to its half and put the steam pipe A
inside the milk. Slowly open the steam tap and heat up the milk for a
few seconds.
The requested foam will be formed quickly and abundantly.
Do not heat up the milk too much: an excessive temperature will
diminish the formation of foam.
At the end of this operation, clean the steam pipe with a sponge or
a cloth; for the other instructions of use, please read the former
paragraph.

Hot water delivery
Put the pitcher below of pipe 7 and push touch button 6.
Note: At the conclusion of each steam dispensing phase,
clean the inside of the steam nozzle as follows:
Turn the nozzle towards the cup tray and carefully
activate steam dispensing at least once.
