necessary another air intake in the room of
installation. To make this it is necessary to
prepare a conduct connected directly with
the external part of the house and make a
direct connection with the air intake of the
thermal cooker. The air intake of the thermal
cooker is located inside the plinth. In the
models with oven, you can access directly
from the wood box. For the connection,
we suggest to use a flexible pipe and to
prepare a device for the eventual closure of
WARNING! Aspiring hoods or extracting air fans in the room may generate
problems to the device if there is not a suited air intake or in case of air intake
sub-dimensioned.

2.11 FIRE DOOR COOLING AIR
Inside the fire door there is a small air flow
that allows a better cooling of the fire
door itself. In this case, the air is always
taken from the room of installation. In
case of installations with air intake directly
connected to the thermal cooker, we
suggest to close this air flow through the
regulator that is placed on and under the
fire door. The flow is open if the regulator

regulator is in the position (-). Usually this

setting is done once during the installation
and then it is not modified during the use.

we suggest to make the external air intake
on the floor in correspondence with the
internal part of the plinth, or on the wall
through the rear part of the thermal cooker
according to specifies depending on the
model (see table 2 and picture 11). Are also
possible other solutions for the connection
but they must be decided together with
Rizzoli.
