WARNING!
◼
Maintenance and repair work only permitted on a table without a load.
◼
For all cleaning, maintenance, and repair work within the lifting
mechanism, the table shall be lowered ontothe inspection support.
Use only original spare parts of the manufacturer.
Only specialists are allowed to work on the hydraulic and the mechanical
system.
Use the foot pump [2] to lift the unloaded tabletop.
Position the inspection supports [5] vertically.
Use the lowering valve [1] to lower the lift table ontothe inspection supports [5].
Check that the lifting mechanism sits fitting on the inspection supports [5].
Lift the tabletop with a forklift or a crane.
Position the inspection supports [5] vertically.
Lower the lifting mechanism with the crane / forklift ontothe inspection supports [5].
Check that the lifting mechanism sits positively on the inspection supports [5].
Lifting the tabletop with a forklift or a crane generates a vacuum in the hydraulic
cylinders. Thus, the cylinders cannot support the load. They lower immediately when
a load is applied.
Risk from uncontrolled lowering
◼
Only fold up the inspection supports after the lift table has been movedout of the
supports by its own hydraulic drive.
◼
Never knock out, pull out, or disconnect the inspection supports by force.
◼
When the supports are folded up, the performing operator can not be in the
Hazard area under the lifting mechanism.
