Maintenance Plan
Lift tables in continuous operation or in an especially dirty environment require more frequent
maintenance.
An additional inspection is required after replacement of safety-relevant parts during maintenance
work.

Operate the lowering valve [1] and lower the lift table onto the inspection supports [5].
Wipe the lift table dry with a cloth.
Use only hydraulic oil according to DIN 51524, Class HLP, Viscosity ISO-VG 22 for the
hydraulic system.
Oils and lubricants are water pollutants. Always dispose them according to the
regulations applicable in your country (→ 9).
Operate the lowering valve [1] and lower the lift table to the lowest
position.
Check the oil level (→ 7.6)
Refill oil as required.

Set the oil pan under the valve block
Open the screw (1) and drain the oil
Close the crew (1)
